Some events of 2005

Timo's solo CD "update" was published worldwide in May 2005. The cd - also in digital form - is available through The Orchard and their legal partners. The song "Path" from the CD update was included on Billboard's "Japan collection". Musex was in charge of the compilation which was distributed with the Asian-pasific issue of Billboard magazine. 500 subscribers received the compilation. Composing for the next solo cd has also begun...

During the past year Timo played on a few tracks of the still unpublished cd for Richard Hallebeek / Antti Kotikoski project and did some studio gigs.

In 2005 Timo played on stage with his own Timo Pratskin update band and as a visiting artist with the Husband. In addition, he performed with Jarmo Hynninen Band. This gig featured Dana Fuchs (Usa) and
Dr. Helander (Fin).

Meeting Helander resulted in more cooperation, eg.performing together in Puistoblues, Järvenpää and working on a new cd titled Dr. Helander and his Medicine Men ( " Freedom music " ), which will be published in March 2006. On this cd Timo functions as a player / arranger / composer / producer / co-mixer.

After a long pause Timo threw a few gigs with Pepe Ahlqvist, too. In its new composition the band performed a couple of times during fall 2005, and there are plans for some future gigs. This composition is known as Pepe Ahlqvist R & B Band. During the past year Timo was on stage with Seppo Valjakka & Friends, too.
